Return and Refund Policy
Ivaré Luxe is dedicated to offering premium fragrances and a luxurious shopping experience. Every product is carefully curated to match the elegance and standards we stand for. While we maintain a non-returnable policy due to the personal nature of perfumes, we do offer returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures and eligibility.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for:

- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect shipments
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for validation of damage or defect claims.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance (unless defective).
- Gift cards or store credits.
What Constitutes a Defective Product?
A product is considered defective if it has manufacturing issues, not those caused by usage or transit mishandling. In the case of perfumes:
- Broken or Leaking Bottles: Bottles that arrive with visible cracks, leaks, or damage from the production process.
- Malfunctioning Spray Mechanism: The spray nozzle is completely non-functional, with no perfume being dispensed—provided it’s not due to improper handling.
Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer care at contact@ivareluxe.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos and/or an unboxing video
- Approval & Instructions: Once reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the Product: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.
- Ship the Product: Send it to the address provided, including the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned items.
- Upon approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- COD orders will be refunded as Store Credit Notes.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only offered for the same product (if stock is available).
- The same process as the return must be followed.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products
- You must notify us of any damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include a clear unboxing video and photos for us to validate your claim promptly.
